This year didn’t end quietly.
It ended loud, fractured, and heavy — the kind of year that leaves people tired in ways sleep doesn’t fix. Headlines piled up. Narratives hardened. Noise multiplied. And somewhere in the middle of all that, many of us felt the same tension: something is off, but slowing down feels almost forbidden.
